Wash all pump components thoroughly and dry them completely before using.
Place breast shield on your breast such that your nipples are properly centered, ensuring that the breast shields are of the right size.
Turn on the pump and adjust the speed to a comfortable setting.
Pump at least 8 times a day. Double pumping (pumping on both sides at once) will also yield more milk and decrease the amount of time you spend pumping.
Remember to rinse all pump parts that come into contact with milk right after pumping thoroughly and let it air dry.

Shipping and Delivery
We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 1-3 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. Our Return policy lasts 30 days since the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Lost or stolen package
