If anything isn’t right, our team is always here to help.
🛡️ 30-Day Warranty
All products come with a 30-day free replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
If your order doesn’t match the description or arrives defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it — we’ll make sure your issue is resolved quickly.
- If you received the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll send the correct one or issue a full refund.
- For defective or faulty products, please email support@1lovebaby.com with photos or videos. After confirmation, we’ll replace or refund your purchase.
⚠️ This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
📦 Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To request a return or refund, simply email us at support@1lovebaby.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos or videos of the product, if applicable
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the nearest domestic return address based on your location.
Please note:
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The item isn’t in its original condition.
- It’s returned after 30 days.
- Parts are missing or damaged (not caused by us).
Certain items — such as personalized products, intimate goods, or hazardous materials — cannot be returned.
🔁 Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
Simply email support@1lovebaby.com with your order details and a photo or video of the issue.
💸 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing or shipment.
If you cancel your order before it’s processed, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and transaction fees.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
🚫 Not Eligible for Refund
We’re unable to issue refunds for:
- “Changed my mind” after purchase.
- “Found it cheaper elsewhere.”
Once your order is submitted, it enters a legally binding purchase agreement.
