1. Do I need to cut parts out of the boards? No, details are already pre-cut and you should just press them out of the board. They are connected with small crosspieces. If you have some difficulties removing a detail, just cut a crossbar with a knife.
2. Is it possible to paint the model? Yes, you can paint it. We recommend using watercolor. You can use acrylic paints, but a thick layer can interfere with gears working.
3. What do I need to assemble the kit? Tools? Everything you need for the assembly comes in the package. Depending on the specific model, rubber bands, fishing lines, or stickers will also be provided.

Shipping and Delivery
We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 1-2 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. Our Return policy lasts 30 days since the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Lost or stolen package
