HOW TO USE CALM:
1. The product has a total of 5 buttons, a switch button (including play/pause function), a timing button, a light button, a previous one (including sound reduction function), a next (including sound plus function).
2. A total of 9 sleep music (white noise, the sound of the waves, howling, the sound of the birds, the sound of the water, the lullaby, the lullaby, the lullaby 2, the lullaby 3)

Shipping and Delivery
We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 1-2 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

Return
Our Return policy lasts 30 days since the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wrong address
