HOW TO USE:
CHARGING - Connect the charging pad to the USB power outlet and place your brush on the charging pad. The light indicator on the Sonic Brush will start illuminating once it's connected.
The light indicator will turn off once the device is fully charged. The charging time is 90 minutes. A full charge lasts up to 15x uses.
Note: Make sure your toothbrush is completely dry before start charging to prevent battery circuit damage!
BRUSHING - Run a few drops of foaming toothpaste on the top and bottom of the mouthpiece from one end to the other. Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth.
If you are using regular toothpaste, put some toothpaste on the top and bottom and spread it around once you insert it in your mouth.
Note: Wiggle your brush left and right during the session for deeper cleaning.

Shipping and Delivery
We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 1-2 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.
After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website or our Order Tracking page, or from the website 17track.net
Return
Our Return policy lasts 30 days since the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Delayed delivery
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control (i.e. weather conditions, strikes, busy times such as holiday season, customs...). Delivery times are not guaranteed and are benchmarks according to the delivery providers in order for the customer to make a judgment as to which service may be most appropriate to them. 1LoveBaby will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to the late delivery.
