Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Total delivery time depends on where the product ships from. We have both local and international warehouses:

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (applies to all orders)

▶ If the item ships from a local warehouse (within your country or region):

• Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
• Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days

▶ If the item ships from an international warehouse:

• Shipping Time: 5–10 business days
• Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. You will receive a tracking number within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. We ship to most countries worldwide, except for those under international embargo or where shipping services are unavailable.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $75.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. All orders are processed in USD. Product prices may appear in your local currency, but checkout is completed in USD using the current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent to you right after your purchase. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Q. Will my email or personal information be shared?

A. No. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your information. Your email is used only for order updates and special promotions from 1LoveBaby.

Q. Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

A. In most cases, no. However, depending on your country's import laws and the size of your order, customs or import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Secure Payment

        - With Paypal: Stay secure and protected with your payment. PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to help keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.

        - Without PayPal: You don’t need a Paypal account to checkout. Paypal accepts all payment credit cards. Please select “Paypal” and click the ” Pay with Debit or Credit Card ” button on the next page.

Shipping and Delivery

We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 1-2 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

Return

Our Return policy lasts 30 days since the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Delayed delivery

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control (i.e. weather conditions, strikes, busy times such as holiday season, customs...). Delivery times are not guaranteed and are benchmarks according to the delivery providers in order for the customer to make a judgment as to which service may be most appropriate to them. 1LoveBaby will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to the late delivery.
