Note:
1. Children under five years of age need to use it under the supervision of an adult.
2. Do not use the mat on hard ground (concrete) to prevent the mat from being broken.
3. It is recommended that your child wear water shoes or sandals before playing on the water mat, and then slowly enter the mat to avoid falling.
4. Do not install the mat on concrete, asphalt, or any other hard surface.
5. Do not move the Splash Play Mat™ once it is filled with water. If it is necessary to move the Splash Play Mat™, simply empty the contents and refill in a new location.
6. Do not use HIGH-PRESSURE WATER for filling. Excessive water pressure may cause unnecessary damage to the Splash Play Mat. It is recommended to begin with the lowest pressure and slowly adjust the water pressure to the desired level.

Shipping and Delivery
We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 1-2 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

Return
Our Return policy lasts 30 days since the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
